1.1 Webco Designs is the website designer.

1.2 Client refers to the person/entity that did a transaction with Webco Designs.

1.3 Website refers to the website Webco Designs built/designed for the client.

2.1.1 The content of the website is owned by the client.

2.1.2 The website’s HTML coding is owned by Webco Designs.

2.1.3 All websites come with a 2 month warranty were websites can only be fixed when a bug occur.

2.1.4 Warranty does not include any website updates.

2.1.5 The website review process (The process where the client can indicate to Webco Designs what aspects of the website has to be redesigned or changed.) is limited to 3 sessions where the client can change the appearance and functionality of the website. After the 3 sessions any reviews will be considered as updates and the client will be charged additional update costs.

2.2.1 Webco Designs only uses its own hosting for it’s client’s websites. Clients cannot use their own hosting.

2.2.2 Hosting prices can vary if Frikkadel’s hosting prices change.

2.2.3 All hosting packages for the clients website must be bought through Webco Designs.

2.2.4 Webco Designs charges a fee for renewing hosting every month.

2.2.5 If the client fails to pay the hosting fees the website will be shut down until client pays the full amount of fees.

2.3.1 The client can decide if he/she want to buy the domain name privately or through Webco Designs.

2.3.2 Any domain being bought through Webco Designs in being owned by the client.

2.4.1 Webco Designs are not liable for any hacks on the client’s website.

2.4.2 If the client confirms that the website is correct, Webco Designs are not responsible for any losses of the client that the website is involved in.

2.4.3 Webco Designs may update Terms and Conditions.

2.4.4 Webco Designs must notify the client when updating Terms and Conditions.

2.4.5 Webco Designs are not liable for any losses to the client or third parties.

2.4.6 Cumulative liquid damages are limited to 50% of the contract value.

2.4.7 Webco designs can stop all operations of the business like updates, hosting, and maintenance but have to alert the client 2 months beforehand.

2.4.8 In the case of the situation stated in 2.4.7 the website is transferred to the clients own account and the client is responsible for the website or the website is stopped.

2.5.1 Updates can take as long as 5 days.

2.5.2 The client must specify what area of the website must get updated 5 days before the update.

2.5.3 Monthly updates can happen any time of the month.

2.5.4 If more than one monthly update has to be done, additional costs will be involved.

2.5.5 If the original website plan does not include monthly updates, updates can be done at additional cost quoted on how significant the update is.

2.5.6 The website theme cannot be changed with an update.

2.5.7 If the client wants to redesign a website it is considered as a new website and it will cost the same price as a new website stated on Webco Designs’s website.

2.6.1 An invoice will be sent at least 14 days before the due date.

2.6.2 An invoice must be paid within the date stated on the invoice.

2.6.3 A R50 fee will be added for an account that is overdue.
